Fred Landis
Fred Landis, Program Leader, CRM, Frost & Sullivan
Mr. Landis is the Program Leader for Frost & Sullivan's CRM Growth Opportunities Service Practice. Mr. Landis is responsible for ongoing research in the area of (CRM), tracking strategies, processes and technologies through market assessments, competitive analyses, alliance strategies, market forecasts and end-user demand studies. He has nearly 20 years experience in research, sales, marketing and customer service functions. Most recently he served as director, consulting for Gartner.

Prior to Gartner, he held marketing management roles with Netscape Communications, Madge Networks and State-of-the-Art (Best) software. He has published articles for Service and Support World, destinationCRM and RealMarket. Mr. Landis received a B.S in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Pepperdine University.


William Glazier
William Glazier, Director, CMO Council
Since graduating from Harvard College and Stanford Business School, Bill has spent 17 years in Silicon Valley. His first four years were in the management consulting business with the San Francisco office of Bain and Company. In 1990 he joined Silicon Graphics, where he played a vital role for nearly six years in several marketing and business development roles, helping the company establish pre-eminence as the industry pioneer in 3D graphics, imaging, and visual computing. More recently, Bill has held senior executive roles in a number of Internet companies - including VP of Marketing of PlaceWare (recently acquired by Microsoft), a leader in the web conferencing market, and Eloquent, which went public in 1999 and was recently acquired by OpenText. Currently, Bill is the founder and managing director of Windy Hill Ventures

Ariel Kelman
Ariel Kelman, VP of Marketing, Ventaso
Ariel Kelman is the founder and Vice President of Marketing at Ventaso, overseeing all marketing and business development activities for the company. Mr. Kelman also spearheads the Customer Message Management movement. His strong vision helps Ventaso deliver solutions that address Customer Message Management challenges at Fortune 1000 companies. Mr. Kelman has more than 9 years of software marketing experience through direct field and corporate marketing positions and in strategic management consulting.
