As a result it was loosing market share and finding that prices and margins were being eroded. 5. New Product Launch - this global telecoms company was looking for ways to increase the investment of their customers by offering a new upgrade opportunity. They approached us to test their assumptions about the opportunities in this market and to make recommendations for building with them their "to-market" strategy for a successful launch.
